Según el informe, Scioli tiene una “baja capacidad de crecimiento” en cuanto a su intención de voto, ya que, consigna, “sólo un 9%dice que podría llegar a votarlo, pero aún prefiere a otro candidato”

Es que Espinoza sorprendió a todos los mandamases del FpV anoche con un correo en el que difundió un diagnóstico lapidario para Daniel Scioli y dejó una serie de “consejos discursivos” para encarar el último tramo de la campaña hacia octubre, con el objetivo de evitar un balotaje.

“Tratando de contribuir al triunfo del Peronismo en la Provincia de Buenos Aires y a nivel Nacional le pedí a una conocida consultora que me escriba algunas línas para sumar al discurso que ya tenemos conformado los militantes”, escribió en la misiva que difundió entre sus pares.

Según el informe, Scioli tiene una “baja capacidad de crecimiento” en cuanto a su intención de voto, ya que, consigna, “sólo un 9%dice que podría llegar a votarlo, pero aún prefiere a otro candidato”. Aún si se lograra hacer migrar ese voto al FpV, la cifra de 49 por ciento es insuficiente para un escenario de balotaje, lo cual encendió las alarmas.

El “consejo” del Matancero ante ese escenario es ir a buscar por fuera del votante del FpV, al que considera “fidelizado”, y aprovechando el “viento de cola” de la gestión presidencial y de la situación familiar, además de la imagen positiva de Scioli. La pregunta es ¿cómo?

Espinoza propone instalar “atributos personales” del candidato y soslayar los que no son tan buenos. Por ejemplo, le achaca “falta de carácter” al Gobernador, por lo cual, afirma, “es necesario construir al líder”. También propone remarcar su “honestidad” para contraponerlo a la demanda social de luchar contra la corrupción.

Lo más jugoso proviene, sin embargo, de la propuesta de “eliminar la dicotomía Gobierno-oposición y volver a instalar peronismo-antiperonismo con un tinte más ideológico y pueblo vs oligarquía”, con un eslogan que indique que “Macri (y PRO) es la derecha”. De paso, se especula con rescatar votos peronistas que hoy están con Massa.

La mayoría de los intendentes que recibieron la misiva optaron por no darle importancia. Alguno se animó a declarar que “ni siquiera la leyó”, en tanto que otros, heridos por la falta de apoyo en los cierres de listas en las elecciones del PJ Bonaerense y, tras cartón, en las PASO de este año, directamente calificaron la iniciativa como una “excentricidad” del siempre malogrado Gobernador.
