EL DIPUTADO JORGE MANCINI POR CAMBIEMOS Y SECRETARIO GENERAL DE AGOEC CONFIRMÓ QUE ADHIERE AL PARO DE LA CGT
Mancini asegura que la cuestión del paro es por la preocupación que “se está pasando a nivel nacional» y no contra la gobernadora María Eugenia Vidal.
El diputado bonaerense por Cambiemos, Jorge Mancini, es el representante de la Asociación Gremial Obreros y Empleados de la Conservación Ecológica Ambiental y Servicios Especiales (AGOEC) y formar parte del consejo directivo de la Confederación General de Trabajo (CGT), la central obrera que el próximo 6 de abril llevará adelante el primer paro general de la entidad –con mayor fuerza nacional- al gobierno del presidente de Mauricio Macri; el mismo espacio político que integra el diputado, que confirmó que adherirá a la medida. Sin embargo, asegura que la cuestión del paro es por la preocupación que “se está pasando a nivel nacional» y no contra la gobernadora María Eugenia Vidal.
–A grandes rasgos el paro de la CGT, entidad que usted integra, es para que se rectifiquen las medidas económicas de Cambiemos, espacio del que también forma parte, ¿usted va a adherir?
-Nosotros vamos a adherir al paro, sabemos que se está pasando por una situación difícil, no desconocemos la realidad. Pero sí estamos preocupados por lo que está pasando a nivel nacional. También hay que acordarse de dónde venimos, venimos de una situación muy difícil en donde el país estaba en una situación devastadora y tenemos salir de esto. También tenemos que dejar de hablar del pasado, hay que tomar medidas urgentes y por supuesto que hay que hacer autocrítica del gobierno; de las cosas que no se están haciendo bien y de las respuestas rápidas que está esperando la sociedad. Nosotros adherimos a la medida de fuerza y en esto también marco una diferencia. Si hace algunos años atrás, con el gobierno anterior decidíamos llevar o alguien del espacio decidía que pensaba diferente éramos acusados de desestabilizadores, hoy creo que tenemos la libertad de expresarnos, de decir lo que pensamos, debatirlo.
-¿Considera que en la provincia de Buenos Aires con la gobernación de María Eugenia Vidal pasa lo mismo que a nivel nacional?
-Por supuesto que hay una diferencia sustancial en la provincia de Buenos Aires con lo que está haciendo la gobernadora María Eugenia Vidal. Que sea del mismo color político no quiere decir que se piense exactamente igual. Seguramente en la mesa chica deben discutir, creo que estamos pasando una situación compleja, estamos totalmente de acuerdo que va a bajar la inflación.
-¿Cómo tomaron esta decisión, de que usted adherirá al paro de la CGT, dentro del bloque oficialista, le han dicho algo?
-No, no se ha hablado. Debatimos y discutimos; no sé si en todos los bloque sucede lo mismo. Nosotros tenemos la posibilidad de decir lo que pensamos. Esto no me convierte ni enemigo ni mucho menos. En nuestro bloque no hay hipocresía, tenemos de la UCR, del peronismo, de la Coalición Cívica, del PRO y convivimos. Siempre en un clima de cordialidad, hay otros compañeros que provienen del movimiento obrero y que también van a adherir al paro. (Hace referencia al diputado Martín Domínguez Yelpo, que forma parte de la Unión de Tranviarios Automotor que también se plegará al paro).
-Cómo se analiza la movilización de la CGT que fue multitudinaria pero que terminó con algunos incidentes y un pedido hacia el triunvirato de un paro nacional.
-Yo particularmente estaba totalmente en desacuerdo con una movilización, al compañero Hugo Moyano ex secretario de la CGT esto no le hubiese ocurrido; sin desmerecer a nacie cuando moviliza el movimiento obrero, moviliza el movimiento obrero. Acá había movilizó el movimiento obrero, los movimientos sociales y la política; que hace 3 años cuando nosotros hacíamos el reclamo éramos los desestabilizadores y nos descalificaban permanentemente.
-Pero en esas movilizaciones el reclamo principal era la eliminación del impuesto a las ganancias.
-No, reclamábamos lo mismo que estamos reclamando ahora, no solamente ganancia. La movilización era por los índices de pobreza que eran del 30 por ciento pero según el Gobierno estábamos mejor que Alemania. Esta son las diferencias entre este espacio y el espacio que gobernó anteriormente, los mismos reclamos que hacemos ahora nos convertían en desestabilizadores, éramos enemigos de la patria. Y ahora están en el acto acompañado el mismo reclamo, es un poco incomprensible. Por eso yo sí hago autocrítica del movimiento obrero. Nosotros desde el movimiento obrero tenemos que marchar y decidir, no nos tiene que marcar la agenda ni la política, ni los movimientos sociales. La agenda de la Confederación General del Trabajo la marca la Confederación General del Trabajo y decide cuándo tiene que llevar adelante la medida de fuerza.Fte.LetraP
